# Connect BambooHR to Corunner for Org and Time-Off Context

BambooHR is a Direct Connection that lets Corunner pull org structure, time off, and people data. Once connected, agents know who is on which team, who is out this week, and how to reason about capacity.

Agents use employee and org-chart data to route work correctly and to build organizational memory. Time-off data feeds availability signals so agents avoid pinging people who are out of office.
