# Connect Rippling to Corunner for Org and Time-Off Context

> Sync employees, teams, and time off from Rippling. Corunner reads employees and time-off records for org context and time-off awareness.

Rippling is a Direct Connection that lets Corunner sync employees, teams, and time off. Once connected, agents get org context and time-off awareness for correct routing and reminders.
