Connect Jira to Corunner through the Atlassian Forge app for issue sync, ticket actions, workflow updates, and @Corunner mentions.
Jira is a Direct Connection built as an Atlassian Forge app. Install the app on your Atlassian site to let Corunner work with Jira issues and route @Corunner mentions to your chat workspace.
Corunner uses an Atlassian Forge app. Install it from the Atlassian Marketplace, then paste the verification code shown in Corunner into the app’s admin page to link Jira to your workspace.
Open the Connect Jira dialog. Corunner generates a single-use verification code that remains valid for 15 minutes.
Start the Jira installation from Corunner.
Click Install the Corunner app in Jira. Corunner opens the Atlassian Marketplace flow. If you are not already signed in, Atlassian asks you to log in.

Log in to Atlassian
Enter the email address for your Atlassian account and click Continue. You can also use a passkey or Google sign-in if your organization supports it.

Install the Corunner app
Select the Atlassian site that contains the Jira data you want Corunner to access. The list only includes sites where you are an admin.Review the app permissions and vendor details, then click Install. Confirm that the installation succeeds.
Confirm successful installation for Jira on your selected site.

Open the Corunner admin page
In Jira, click the three-dot menu next to Apps, then select Manage apps. Open the Corunner app’s admin page to link your workspace.

Verify the connection
Paste the verification code from the Connect Jira dialog into the Verification code field on the Corunner admin page. Click Connect, then return to Corunner and click Refresh status.
Enter your verification code and connect Jira to Corunner.
If the code expires, generate a new code in Corunner. Do not reuse a code from an earlier installation attempt.
