Google Calendar is a Direct Connection that lets Corunner sync schedules, meetings, and availability. Once connected, agents know when people are in meetings and can schedule work with awareness of the calendar.

What Corunner does with Google Calendar

Agents read events and availability so they can answer “when can we meet?” questions, feed calendar context into standups, and route work around known busy blocks. The Scheduler Agent uses calendar data to place reminders.

What you get

  • Read events
  • Read availability

Authentication

Connect with OAuth. A Google Workspace admin (or the user themselves for their own calendar) approves the scopes during the connect flow.

What breaks if you disconnect

  • Meeting context
  • Availability awareness

Manage this connection

Open Integrations in the Corunner web app, then find Google Calendar under the Direct Connections tab.
